Matt has been most accommodating by responding to all my inquiries about this 18k rope chain. He also actually even went out of his way to do an acid test for me and video it and send it to me as I hadn't ordered on Esty before. He is swift and responsive in all messages and questions, and he even offered a small discount out of his own initiative. It arrived at my sister-in-law's in Florida from Canada pretty swiftly for free I think. I haven't got to look at the chain yet but will ask my sister-in-law but just on the basis of how communicative and accommodating Matt was and will be in the future, as I will most likely shop with him again.
