Return Policy for FineGold750

Exchanges Only – No Returns

Thank you for shopping at FineGold750. We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our exchange policy carefully.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of the date you receive your FineGold750 product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Customized or personalized items and gift cards cannot be exchanged.

To Complete Your Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@finegold750.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange.

After confirming the exchange, mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds. Only regular priced items may be exchanged; unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.

Late or Missing Exchanges

If you haven’t received an exchanged item yet, please contact us at info@finegold750.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
